(More customer reviews)they show a box that says dragon premium 11 upgrade...well, for $100, they gave me, tossed in the larger box that held the rest of my order, along with paper packaging a large white envelope!!I honestly thought there wasn't anything in this white envelope...lucky thing i didn't toss it!What was in that envelope was what they listed as the dragon premium upgrade ($99)one dvd dragon naturally speaking and a quick reference card.Guess i have to go looking for VERSION 9, How was i to know V9 meant version?..I'm Christmas shopping!Besides, how does a dvd and a 4.5" x 6" card weigh over 4 ounces?That's over a quarter of a pound.Who has time to puzzle out all those nuances mfgrs use?I haven't opened it; it was bought as a gift, and, now...I have to go shop for v9. Please don't make my mistake...look at Dragon's web site and spend some time reading a little bit more about what you get for your money, instead of what it can do...Merry Christmas!!!!
