(More customer reviews)Although the product seemed workable for a while, after my Vista upgrade to SP2, the PDF converter pro kept asking for a key. The Nuance web site did give a key, but it was never accepted by the software.Thus, a product that I paid good money for became entirely useless. Support is non-existent. No wonder many write, I would never buy from Nuance again.
