(More customer reviews)I was really hoping I could adjust into the Dragon world but I decided it just is not mature enough yet. I read and researched a lot and when I received the software, I went through the complete training program. Sometimes, I would go back and re-train it with my voice. It scanned my entire harddrive and especially my email several times. The accuracy was not where I needed it to be; even after it would learn for instance that the name Jeanne is spelled like that for my particular case, it would go back and spell it differently. The French version I barely got to use because i hardly got the English version to work. I stuck with one headset as per my brother's advice; he is pro with these products, and I bought the best headset recommended for this. Towards the end Dragon would just crash time and again - that might have been partially related to my PC - and I was running this on Windows XP. Anyway I think it takes a lot of effort, patience and time to get it to become worthwhile.
