(More customer reviews)I'm a professional freelance translator, and Naturally Speaking Preferred Spanish V.8 has really boosted my turnaround times and output rates. In spite of the fact that I purchased it just a couple of weeks ago and I'm still in the process of getting acquainted with all its features, it's amazingly user friendly, incredibly versatile (I use it for both English > Spanish as well as Spanish>English translations), and highly accurate.
I've seen reviews complaining about Nuance's (formerly Scansoft) customer service, but since I haven't used it yet, I can't confirm or deny them. The only "but" I have identified up to date is the headset, which is not very confortable, and will eventually mean I'll have to spend some extra bucks on a better one. Thus my 4 instead of 5 stars rating. However, all in all, I highly recommend this productivity tool to all my colleagues and anyone else who needs to improve their words per minute typing speed.
