First of all, this software is nothing more than the FREE(!) software package called "Audacity", which happens to be a great FREE software package that you can download yourself (from sites like http://audacity.sourceforge.net/). What the "nice" folks at the Karaoke software company do is simply give you instructions on how to use the FREE package called Audacity: they have you invert the tracks IN THE HOPE that it will remove the vocal. Of course, it works only rarely (actually, it didn't work for any of the music I tried). And then they have the... audacity to say "if it doesn't remove the vocal, it's not the fault of the software.... just try turning down the software...". Well I can tell you that we got a big laugh out of that - despite the fact that we had just thrown away $30. You gotta retain a sense of humor when dealing with people like this.
